The Ozo Kleen F.A.S.T Cleaning and Sanitation System which includes the ease of the mobile Ozo Kleen System with a Foam Cleaning and Sanitizing Tandem on one cart. Ozone Compatible Cleaners when utilized together with the high ppm of aqueous ozone produced, provide a cost effective natural cleaning and sanitation solution for all facets of the food, beverage and agricultural industries worldwide (i.e. wineries, breweries, food processors, growers, etc.). The Ozo Kleen System gives our clients both a broad spectrum of environmental cleaning options (i.e. acid and alkaline CIP, general purpose, low pH and heavy duty foaming cleaning) and ultra fast sanitation times utilizing ozone. The system provides cost savings and environmental benefits by reducing chemical usage, labor and process water.
Ozo Kleen Components
Ozo Kleen Mobile Ozone Systems – The Ozo Kleen Ozone Systems are designed to work with the Ozo Kleen Ozone Compatible Cleaners and Foaming Units. The systems are designed for both aqueous and gaseous ozone applications and are equipped with our state of the art workplace safety systems including the gas strip and destruct system providing both safer work environments and bubble free water to the application. Additional features include ozone output control, low flow capability and the ozone and oxygen gas feature. The ozone and oxygen gas feature gives the client the option of utilizing ozone gas for gaseous/atmospheric sanitation, deodorization and mold/insect control.
In addition to the standard features, the systems can be equipped with an optional Cart Mounted Safety Monitoring System and/or Touch Screen Control System for added additional operational flexibility.
